Tom Clements was allegedly murdered by Evan Ebel at his home in Monument, Colorado—Valley Of The Damned on Investigation Discovery spotlights the case.

On the night of March 19, 2013, officers with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a home in the 17400 block of Colonial Park Drive, after receiving a 911 call from Clements’ wife claiming that he had been shot.

She stated that a man dressed as a pizza delivery guy rang the doorbell. Clements, a 58-year-old executive director of the Colorado Department of Corrections, answered the door and was shot in the chest while standing on his doorstep.

When emergency first responders arrived at the scene, they performed CPR, but Clements was later pronounced dead.

Police said evidence suggested that Clement’s death may have been a murder-for-hire. The hit was supposedly ordered by a white supremacist prison gang known as 211.

Ebel was said to have made numerous calls to the gang members of 211 before Clements was killed and after.

Through an investigation, detectives learned that Ebel allegedly killed Nathan Leon, a pizza delivery guy, and stole his uniform, which was found in the trunk of Ebel’s vehicle—a black Cadillac—after he was killed in a shootout with police.

They also found a hit list with the address of various Colorado officials, along with pipe bombs, bomb-making materials, walkie talkies, masks, clothing, and a shovel—all containing DNA and fingerprints from unidentified people.

Investigators said they have no doubt that Ebel posed as a pizza delivery driver and shot and killed Clements at his doorstep. What they don’t know is if he acted alone.

Authorities also linked Benjamin Davis, the founder of 211, to Clements’ murder, but he was found dead in prison in 2017 from an apparent suicide.

No one has been charged in connection with Tom Clements’ death, and his case remains unsolved.

The murder of Rannita “Nunu” Williams by her former boyfriend, Johnathan Robinson, is featured in the latest episode of Web Of Lies on Investigation Discovery.

On the morning of April 12, 2018, Robinson, then 36, kicked down the front door of Williams’ home at 1301 Natalie St. in Shreveport, Louisiana, and held her hostage with a semi-automatic rifle.

Robinson then forced the 27-year-old mother of three to go on Facebook Live and apologize to his new girlfriend, Sharika Taylor, of Houston, Texas, for making fun of her.

After she apologized, the three-minute video showed Robinson pointing the rifle in her direction. Williams screamed, “stop Johnathan, stop Johnathan” before he opened fire.

Williams, who worked as a hairdresser and interior designer, was struck multiple times in the knee, torso, and upper body area.

Jamarsay Williams, the victim’s brother, was also in the home at the time of the incident, but he managed to make an escape and called 911 for help.

When police arrived at the scene around 10:53 am, Robinson shot nearly 30 rounds—striking one officer in the forearm—during an 80-minute standoff.

Police returned fire, which struck Robinson and his vehicle. He then surrendered.

Robinson was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center, where he was held on a $2.5 million bond.

He was charged with one count of second-degree murder, one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of simple criminal damage to property, and seven counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Williams was transported to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Robinson told investigators that he woke up that morning with the intent of killing his former girlfriend and having a shootout with officers.

To avoid the death penalty, Robinson pled guilty to first-degree murder. He was sentenced to life in prison.

The murder of Rebecca “Becky” Sutton by Philip Lynn Dodd is featured in the latest episode of Extreme Measures on Investigation Discovery.

At around 11 pm on March 20, 2003, Sutton was at her home in Hollister, Missouri, speaking to her friend on the phone about an incident that took place earlier that night.

She told her friend that she kicked a man at her home after he tried to kiss her several times. When he refused to leave, the 19-year-old said she had to threaten to call 911, after which then he complied.

That was the last time anyone heard from Sutton. Relatives reported her missing after they arrived at her home the following morning and found her 3-year-old son outside alone, and Sutton was nowhere to be found.

Law enforcement officers questioned several people, including Sutton’s ex-boyfriend who told them that the name of the man who tried to kiss Sutton at her apartment was Philip Dodd.

During an interview, Dodd told detectives that he was working at the Lone Star Restaurant at the time Sutton went missing, but they later uncovered that he arrived to work late.

In February 2004, two hikers discovered skeletal remains in the Mark Twain National Forest that were later identified as Sutton, but how she died and how she ended up at the forest remained a mystery for nearly a decade.

In March 2013, Dodd confessed to killing Sutton. He told police that he went to Sutton’s home in hopes of getting high and having sex with her.

When she rejected his advances, he strangled her to death before transporting her body to the Mark Twain National Forest and hiding her under a rock.

Dodd then drove to a construction site and burned her pillow, pillow top, sheets, and other items containing his DNA. Afterward, he said he went to a car wash to clean his vehicle and to get rid of his floor mats.

As a part of the plea deal, his first-degree murder charges were amended to murder in the second degree.

In 2014, a judge in Taney County Circuit Court sentenced Dodd to life in prison.

Joshua Jenkins was 15 years old when he murdered five members of his family — American Monster on Investigation Discovery spotlights the case.

He was a troubled teen whose adoptive parents, George Jenkins, 50, and Alene Jenkins, 48, sent him away to boarding school at Vista Del Mar School in Los Angeles, California, after he armed himself with a crossbow and rifle and threatened to kill his father.

On February 2, 1996, his family picked him up for a weekend visit at his grandparents’—Bill Grossman, 78, and 74-year-old Evelyn Grossman—condominium in Vista.

While they were sleeping, he snuck into his parents and grandparents’ bedroom and bludgeoned them to death with a hammer and stabbed them with a kitchen knife.

The following morning, when his 10-year-old sister, Megan, woke up, he took her to a nearby store to purchase an ax. When they got back to the condo, he fatally struck her on the head with the ax.

He then dragged their bodies to the master bedroom and set the condominium on fire to cover up his crimes before fleeing the scene in his parent’s Mercedes Benz.

After Vista firefighters extinguished the fire, they discovered the bodies on top of each other in the master bedroom.

In the early hours of February 4, 1996, police arrested Joshua a few miles away from the crime scene. He initially denied having anything to do with the Jenkins Family murders.

Ten days later, he pled not guilty to the murders by way of insanity.

During his court hearing on April 8, 1996, the San Diego County Juvenile Court decided Joshua would be tried as an adult due to the brutality of the murders.

He changed his plea to guilty on the day before his trial was set to begin in April 1997.

Two months after Joshua pled guilty to murdering his family, a judge sentenced him to 112 to life in prison.

  1. What has happened to this child since 1996? Is he remorseful? Could anyone who is guilty of such a crime ever be redeemed to the point they could be released into society?

  2. He didn’t sneak into his parents room, according to this monster in a taped confession on the documentary “American Monster” I watched it. This demon said his dad awoke to use the restroom and he surprised him in the hallway of their grandparents condo then proceeded to hit him in the head, then his mom came out to see what was happening, he attacked her, hit her in the head, then his grandma came out her attacked her hit her in the head, then the grand father came out & he hit him in the head. Then he stabbed all of them in the heart to make certain they were dead. The next day his little sister was asleep on the couch in the living room he hit her up side her head with a ax knocked her out then stabbed her in the heart. Then after he was done killing everyone, he tried to cover up his crimes with a fire after he stacked all the bodies in one room in between a bed.

Then he took off in the family car with his grandparents poodle was later seen in the convenience store AM/PM by a store clerk who recognized him by the all points bulletin from the news and called the cops. The cops were 15 mins away from the call surrounded him at a stop light & promptly took his demonic butt to jail hell.Him and his sister were adopted as newborns into the family.
People such as this demon deserve to never see the light of day in human population. These people loved him to the ends, doted on him & they absolutely adored him and his adopted sister as a babies. He grows up to butcher them because he was mad they put him into a boarding school for his behavior of acting out. Too bad it took such a catastrophic loss of 5 family members who absolutely loved him for him to get the help he needs. Just a tragedy I’ll never understand how people can love another human being to eternity and back, then one of them grows up to ultimately take all of their lives in such a brutal fashion that they did not deserve. The carnage he left behind to the surviving family members & loved ones will haunt them for the rest of their lives. Just such a truly sad, sad story of love, family and a monster living among them. Be watchful of people who are closest to you if you sense anything is off, get away from them or get them help.

    • His parents had lost everything, financially, and instead of trying to at least make their home life better, he did everything in his power to add to the problems, like the self-centered person he is. Just a terrible human being! Terrible little monster!

  3. Before having children, you should know more about humans.

Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth whether their IQ is below 50 or higher than 150. Humans are more dangerous than wild animals and viruses combined because all humans have greed, self-interest, and a ton of negative emotions. Only those who have very strong self-discipline could suppress their bad and natural instincts.

Life is so short and we only live once. There are a lot of things we can do and enjoy doing in our lifetime, but raising children is not one of them. The best advice I had given to my two children is this:

“Why do you want to create burden and uncertainty on yourself and to sacrifice your freedom, your time, and your money to raise him or her or them whom you have absolutely no control of the outcome and no way of knowing in advance what kind of humans they would turn out to be. If that is not scary enough, just think about the best end result which is to raise and create a good wife for other people’s son or to raise and create a good husband for other people’s daughter. That’s it. So, being parents is more like playing nature’s sucker game.”

Rahna Fahringer was shot multiple times and held hostage at her home by her abusive ex-boyfriend, Terrance Abel— 30 Hours Of Hell on Investigation Discovery spotlights the case.

At around 1:30 pm on November 30, 2012, police officers were dispatched to a home at 528 Jefferson Avenue in Brunswick, Ohio, after receiving a 911 call from a man claiming his brother, Abel, 39, was going to his former girlfriend’s house to kill her.

By the time officers arrived at the scene, Abel had already broken into Fahringer’s home through the back door, shot her in the leg with a 9mm handgun after showing her an order of protection she filed following their break up.

He then barricaded the home and held Fahringer hostage in her bedroom. Police surrounded the house and evacuated everyone in the neighborhood as a safety precaution.

A hostage negotiator spoke to Abel over the phone, pleading with him to let Fahringer go, but he refused.

While Fahringer was laying injured on the bed, she also pleaded with him to let her live. She said she had two children, a 16-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl who were at school at the time, who needed their mother.

According to Abel’s mother, Cynthia, he was heartbroken after his relationship with Fahringer had ended. He told his mother that he couldn’t live without her.

After 30 hours, SWAT negotiators convinced Abel to let them inside the home to bring them food. As they handed him the items, law enforcement officers Tased him, but he didn’t immediately go down.

The SWAT team then opened fire. That’s when Abel shot at Fahringer, striking her in both hands as she tried to cover her head.

David and Louise Turpin tortured and held their children in captivity for years — Evil Lives Here spotlights the case

The case of David and Louise Turpin, who abused and held their children in captivity, is featured in the latest episode of Evil Lives Here on Investigation Discovery.

For nearly two decades, 13 children—whose ages range from 2 to 29—were held captive in deplorable conditions by their parents, David, 56, and Louise, 49, at their home in Perris, California, where they were tortured, beaten, and starved.

The Turpin children were given one meal a day and were allowed to take one shower per year. As punishment, David and Louise would tie their children with ropes, chains, and padlocks.

On January 14, 2018, the abuse came to an abrupt end when one of the Turpin children, a 17-year-old girl, grabbed a deactivated cell phone and escaped the house of horrors by climbing out of a window and alerted authorities.

When law enforcement officers arrived at the home, they noticed the children were malnourished and appeared to look much younger than they were.

An investigation revealed that the Turpin children were thwarted from seeing a doctor and a dentist for over four years.

Investigators stated that the children were homeschooled, but they appeared to lack basic knowledge about life. One child did not know what a police officer was, and another child didn’t know what medication was.

David and Louise were arrested and charged with torture, abuse of dependent adults, and false imprisonment.

They were booked into the Riverside County Jail on a $9-$12 million bond.

In February 2019, David and Louise pled guilty to 14 felony charges. The couple was later sentenced to 25 years to life in prison as a part of a plea deal.

Due to their age, they will be eligible for parole after serving 25 years, according to the California law.
